You have Bill Protection for your first 12 months on Hourly Pricing. If you remain on the program for 12 months and do not save money, you’ll be reimbursed for any total loss you incur compared to ComEd’s standard fixed-price rate.

This spring, we launched our new customer billing system designed to improve the way you interact with us. As a result, we are experiencing a temporary delay in processing your most recent Hourly Pricing monthly billing data. We assure you that this transition will not cause any loss of your billing data.
As soon as the transition is fully complete, you can view your monthly billing data with your most recent savings and usage information below and will receive your Monthly Bill Comparison Email.
In the meantime, you can still access your latest bill in the ComEd My Account portal.
